Animal movement introduces welfare, health, behavioural, environmental and regulatory risks that change throughout the journey. Ajay's response was to build an ecosystem around the animal: verified trip readiness, fit-for-purpose transport, trained handlers, documented custody and a control mechanism capable of intervening before an exception became an emergency.
Every participant had a defined role
The control tower connects all four parties throughout the journey and escalates any risk to the central welfare objective.
